Task 6: Visual Brain Center — reduce load on processing fine details and contrasts. Switch to wider field vision to unload brain networks. Give brain rest from pixel precision.
Task 7: Calming Nerve System — activate relaxation mode. Relax eye muscles, reduce eye pressure, launch deep recovery mode.
