Dizziness is a disorienting sensation where your brain struggles to integrate conflicting signals from your vestibular system (inner ear), visual system, and proprioceptive sensors in muscles and joints. Your brainstem normally acts as mission control, continuously reconciling these three information streams to maintain spatial orientation and balance.
