Self-support protocol
Mastopathy protocol balancing breast tissue teams. Ease discomfort through hormonal regulation support.
Attention, construction crew of the upper body! With mastopathy, the "facade" of the chest wall is under variable internal pressure: tissue swells, cysts form, and the load on ligaments and skin changes across the cycle. Our task is to adjust supports so that the structure remains safe and as comfortable as possible.
Upgrade external supports
Reduce point loads
Integrate maintenance checks
Protect the emotional facade
Когда несущие элементы подобраны, а регулярный контроль встроен в расписание, фасад грудной клетки перестаёт быть источником постоянной угрозы и становится частью обслуживаемой, защищённой конструкции.
Mastopathy (fibrocystic breast changes) involves lumpy, tender breasts from fluid-filled cysts and fibrous tissue, driven by hormonal fluctuations during your menstrual cycle. Your breast tissue has extensive estrogen and progesterone receptors that respond to monthly hormone changes. During your luteal phase, rising progesterone causes your milk ducts and lobules to swell with fluid retention. Your connective tissue (stroma) proliferates, and cysts form when ducts become blocked. This creates tender, lumpy areas that change with your cycle—worsening before menstruation when fluid retention peaks, improving after when hormones drop. Estrogen dominance (excess estrogen relative to progesterone) exacerbates the condition by overstimulating breast tissue proliferation. Prolactin elevation can also increase breast tenderness. Your lymphatic system tries to drain excess fluid, but may be overwhelmed. The 'organism as team' perspective helps because your breast tissue is responding normally to hormonal signals—the issue is exaggerated response or hormonal imbalance. Your mammary ducts are swelling as programmed, your stromal cells are proliferating in response to growth signals, your lymphatics are working to manage fluid. Supporting your team means reducing estrogen dominance through dietary fiber (binds excess estrogen in gut), limiting caffeine which may affect breast tissue sensitivity, iodine supplementation which supports healthy breast tissue, evening primrose oil for gamma-linolenic acid, wearing supportive bras to reduce mechanical stress, and stress management since cortisol affects hormone balance. Your breast tissue is hormonally responsive but can be supported to reduce excessive response. ⚕️ This protocol does not replace professional consultation.
