Task 1: Tendon builders — immediately activate tendon fiber production! We restore damaged fibers, build new connective bridges. Tendon must become strong as combat cable.
Task 2: Tendon cells — launch surrounding tissue regeneration. Produce supporting proteins for flexibility and resilience. Our task is not rigidity, but smart strength.
Task 3: Cleanup and immune cells — conduct swelling focus cleanup! Remove decay products, reduce swelling and pain chemical levels. Transition from "attack" mode to "restoration" mode — immediately!
Task 4: Blood vessel cells — strengthen tendon zone blood supply! Expand vessel network, deliver oxygen and nutrients to repair zone. Without resources there is no victory.
Task 5: Pain receptor nerve cells — reduce signal frequency and intensity. Switch mode from "red alert" to "controlled observation". Pain is indicator, but not commander.
Task 6: Tendon sheath cells — increase lubricating fluid secretion for lubrication. Every tendon movement must be smooth, without friction and squeaking.
Task 7: Bone attachment zone builders — strengthen bone-tendon connection. Attachment point is critically important node. It must withstand maximum loads.

Tendinitis occurs when your tendon team — connective tissue attaching muscles to bones — becomes inflamed from overuse, repetitive motion, or sudden injury. Your muscle team generates force transmitted through tendons, and excessive or repetitive loading creates micro-tears. Your tendon healing team attempts repair, but chronic re-injury prevents proper recovery, sometimes leading to tendon degeneration (tendinosis). Your inflammatory team responds initially but chronic cases shift to degenerative changes. Your movement pattern team may create repetitive stress, while your muscular imbalance team affects load distribution. The organism-as-team perspective helps because tendinitis reflects systemic overload and movement dysfunction. Your muscular balance team needs optimization to distribute forces evenly, your movement pattern team requires retraining for proper biomechanics, your flexibility team affects tendon loading (tight muscles increase tendon stress), your circulation team must deliver nutrients for healing, your inflammatory regulation team needs balancing, and your training/activity team requires modified loading strategies. By supporting your organism as cooperative systems, you can reduce tendon load through improved mechanics and progressive strengthening (especially eccentric exercises), optimize circulation to support tendon healing, balance surrounding muscle strength and flexibility, address movement compensations, calm systemic inflammation, and implement strategic rest and activity modification.
