Task 4: Leg Vein Valves — engage active pumping mode. Do not allow blood to collect below. Each muscle squeeze is a pump pushing blood upward.
Task 5: Kidney Hormone Cells — maintain proper fluid and salt balance. More blood volume means more stable pressure in any body position.
Task 6: Blood Vessel Wall Cells — increase vessel tone and responsiveness. Vessels must be elastic and quick to respond, able to instantly change size on command.
Task 7: Balance Sensors — coordinate smooth transitions from lying to standing. Send warning signals to all systems in advance — the rise is starting!

Orthostatic hypotension occurs when blood pressure teams fail to adjust quickly during position changes, causing dizziness or fainting upon standing.
